Alex Nahai (Esq., SIE, S63, S79) is outside general counsel to and a shareholder in the company. As a seasoned securities and real estate attorney and investment banker, he has advised nearly 1,000 clients on over $1.5 billion in capital markets and commercial transactions, with a focus on private securities offerings, equity and debt financings, M&A, corporate structuring, and joint ventures. His experience includes senior legal roles at Fox Corporation and Endeavor, as well as serving as CEO of BNDR Pty. Ltd., successor to Amma Private Equity, where he oversaw venture-stage acquisitions and turnarounds. Mr. Nahai earned his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and is admitted to practice in California. He is also licensed with FINRA and affiliated with GT Securities.
