Prior to joining BALR, Beth served as Director of Expansion and Broker Associate with Real Broker, LLC, where she focused on connecting with agents across the country and helping them scale their businesses through innovative technology, training, and operational leverage. A luxury top producer in both Arizona and South Dakota, Beth has consistently closed over $25 million annually in personal sales volume and led teams achieving more than $100 million in yearly transactions.

Her approach blends high-performance brokerage leadership with a deep commitment to community investment. Recognized among the top 1% of agents nationwide, she is also a Forbes-published thought leader, accomplished speaker, and head of a popular real estate mastermind group. Beth earned her academic credentials from Regent’s University London and Long Island University, where she studied broadcast journalism—a foundation that informs her clear communication and media presence today.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Beth is an active investor in real estate and restaurant ventures, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit. She is passionate about coaching, speaking, and mentoring agents, as well as sharing her love of cooking with friends and colleagues. In her new role, Beth plans to lead BALR’s growth from Arizona and South Dakota into a national luxury brand, recruiting elite Executive Vice Presidents, building operational scale, and creating a seamless client experience across mortgage, insurance, and title services.
