Throughout his distinguished career, Gary has managed multibillion-dollar financial portfolios, overseen more than 22 successful acquisitions, led complex organizational integrations, and built high-performing financial services businesses through disciplined execution, strategic leadership, and operational excellence.

His accomplishments include serving as National President at First Interstate Bank, overseeing Mortgage, Credit Card, Auto Finance, and Wealth Management divisions as part of the executive leadership team of a $33 billion banking institution; managing a $29 billion loan portfolio as President of Wells Fargo Auto Finance; and serving as Chief Executive Officer of Global Lending Services, where he grew the company from inception to $450 million in assets before successfully selling the business.

Chief Operating Officer — Enterprise Leadership & Execution

Working directly with Founder and CEO Jason Blair, Gary oversees enterprise operations, organizational development, sales production strategies, executive recruitment, operational performance, and the implementation of scalable business processes.

He aligns subsidiary leadership with corporate objectives, establishes measurable performance expectations, strengthens sales productivity, optimizes organizational structures, and ensures the company’s operating infrastructure supports continued expansion.

A central component of his leadership is identifying, recruiting, and developing exceptional executive and operational talent. His approach emphasizes clear accountability, transparent reporting, financial discipline, and continuous improvement.

Building a Scalable National Financial Services Enterprise

BAF oversees a family of independently operated companies including Blair Allen Luxury Real Estate, Blair Allen Mortgage, Blair Allen Insurance, Blair Allen Property Management, Blair Allen Capital, and Blair Allen Technologies.

Gary works with subsidiary presidents to improve efficiency, strengthen sales performance, standardize administrative processes, and leverage coordinated management resources while preserving each business’s regulatory and operational responsibilities.

Working alongside Blair Allen Technologies, he helps ensure BlairCore’s development and implementation align with practical operating needs, translating technology investments into productivity, reduced administrative expenses, management visibility, and more efficient transactions.

Strategic Acquisitions, Integration & Corporate Governance

Gary brings substantial merger and acquisition experience to Blair Allen Financial, having overseen more than 22 successful acquisitions throughout his executive career.

His experience encompasses acquisition strategy, transaction evaluation, operational due diligence, leadership assessment, organizational integration, and post-acquisition performance optimization.

At BAF, Gary works with the CEO, Board of Directors, and subsidiary leadership to evaluate opportunities, assess operational and financial compatibility, and develop integration plans designed to create sustainable enterprise value.

As Chief Operating Officer, he provides executive oversight of acquisition integration, leadership alignment, operating performance, and scalable management systems. As a Director, he contributes to governance, strategic planning, capital allocation, acquisition oversight, risk management, and long-term shareholder value creation.

First Interstate Bank — National President

Gary served as National President at First Interstate Bank, where he oversaw and grew the institution’s Mortgage, Credit Card, Auto Finance, and Wealth Management divisions.

As a member of the executive leadership team of a $33 billion banking institution, he contributed to national business strategy, financial performance, organizational leadership, enterprise growth, and Board-level reporting.

His leadership contributed more than $200 million in new assets through business development and portfolio expansion initiatives.

Great Western Bank — Market President

Gary established and developed the Cedar Valley market, generating approximately $148 million in commercial loan growth and $51 million in deposit growth.

He oversaw the establishment of two new banking branches, expanding the institution’s regional presence and creating a foundation for continued customer acquisition and market development.

Globe Loan Company — Chief Operating Officer

Gary oversaw automotive finance and secured lending operations across eight states, with responsibilities including lending operations, acquisition strategies, portfolio management, organizational performance, and operational expansion.

Lincoln Savings Bank — Executive Vice President

Gary held executive responsibility for Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, and Mortgage Lending, leading business development, product innovation, operational management, and strategic planning.

Global Lending Services, Inc. — Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Global Lending Services (GLS), Gary led the development and rapid expansion of an automotive finance company, growing its asset portfolio from zero to approximately $450 million.

He established the company’s operating infrastructure, lending strategy, leadership team, capital relationships, and systems necessary to support substantial portfolio growth.

Following this successful growth, Gary led the company through its sale, demonstrating his ability to create, capitalize, operate, scale, and successfully exit a financial services enterprise.

Magnolia Financial, Inc. — Executive Leadership

At Magnolia Financial, Gary managed a commercial accounts receivable lending organization with approximately $150 million in assets, focusing on operational efficiency, portfolio performance, financial management, and profitability.

Wells Fargo Auto Finance — President

Gary directed a loan portfolio totaling approximately $29 billion, leading initiatives focused on credit performance, operational efficiency, portfolio management, and profitability.

Under his leadership, the business achieved its lowest delinquency and credit loss levels in five years and recorded the highest monthly profit in the subsidiary’s history.
