Founder & Chief Executive Officer | Blair Allen Financial, Inc.
Jason Blair is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blair Allen Financial, Inc. (BAF), a technology-driven holding company bringing together real estate, mortgage, insurance, property management, capital acquisitions, and enterprise technology within a vertically integrated financial services ecosystem. He is also the Founder and Managing Member of Blair Allen Holdings, LLC, the majority owner of BAF.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning real estate, financial services, enterprise technology, automotive, international development, and nonprofit organizations, Jason has built his career around a fundamental principle: sustainable growth is achieved through intelligent systems, disciplined execution, exceptional people, and operational efficiency.
The Vision Behind Blair Allen
Jason founded Blair Allen to address a fundamental inefficiency in the real estate and financial services industries: fragmented systems, disconnected organizations, duplicated expenses, and outdated processes that increase costs, limit productivity, and complicate the customer experience.
His vision was to build something fundamentally different—not simply another real estate or mortgage company, but an integrated business ecosystem in which independently operated companies share the advantages of enterprise-level technology, centralized infrastructure, coordinated leadership, and scalable operational resources.
Today, Blair Allen Financial oversees six operating companies:
• Blair Allen Luxury Real Estate
• Blair Allen Property Management
• Blair Allen Technologies
Each company maintains its own operational leadership, industry expertise, and regulatory responsibilities while benefiting from a broader enterprise designed to reduce administrative burdens, improve productivity, and create opportunities for sustainable growth.
At the center of Jason's philosophy is the belief that technology should empower people, not replace them. By eliminating unnecessary complexity and repetitive administrative work, Blair Allen aims to give its professionals more time to build relationships, serve customers, and grow their businesses.
BlairCore™ — Building the Technology Infrastructure
Recognizing that traditional software solutions were not designed to connect multiple financial services businesses into one coordinated enterprise, Jason led the vision, architecture, and development strategy behind BlairCore™, Blair Allen's proprietary enterprise technology platform.
BlairCore is designed as a unified orchestration and IT Service Management (ITSM) framework that connects people, processes, applications, data, and operational workflows across the Blair Allen family of companies.
Rather than requiring each subsidiary to operate through disconnected software systems, BlairCore provides the technological foundation for shared infrastructure, integrated customer relationship management, workflow automation, enterprise reporting, marketing, compliance oversight, and coordinated business operations.
The platform's architecture is designed to support artificial intelligence, automated workflows, API integrations, centralized data management, employee training, and scalable national operations.
For team members, BlairCore is intended to reduce administrative friction, eliminate redundant data entry, improve access to information, and simplify complex transactions.
For customers, the objective is equally important: faster service, better communication, greater transparency, and a more seamless experience across the financial services they choose to use.
For Blair Allen's operating companies, BlairCore creates an opportunity to leverage shared technology investments, reduce duplicated operating expenses, improve management visibility, and expand without proportionately increasing overhead.
Jason views BlairCore not merely as a software platform, but as the technological foundation of Blair Allen's long-term competitive strategy.
Leadership, Strategy & Building an Exceptional Team
As CEO, Jason is responsible for establishing Blair Allen Financial's strategic direction, enterprise architecture, capital strategy, acquisition initiatives, organizational development, and long-term growth.
His leadership focuses on building the infrastructure that enables each operating company to succeed while maintaining accountability, financial discipline, and operational independence.
A defining element of Jason's approach has been assembling an experienced executive leadership team with proven backgrounds in real estate, mortgage lending, insurance, property management, technology, finance, and capital markets.
Rather than attempting to centralize every business decision, Jason has structured Blair Allen around capable industry leaders who understand their respective markets and are empowered to execute within a coordinated corporate framework.
This approach combines entrepreneurial leadership at the subsidiary level with the resources, governance, and strategic advantages of a larger enterprise.
Jason works closely with executive leadership on strategic acquisitions, capital formation, technology integration, operational performance, talent development, and expansion into new markets.
His long-term objective is to create an organization in which talented professionals can achieve greater productivity and financial opportunity, customers receive a superior service experience, and investors benefit from a disciplined, technology-enabled growth strategy.
A Career Built Across Industries
Jason began his professional career in real estate as a statutory broker, developing an early understanding of real estate transactions, customer relationships, financial structures, and the operational challenges facing industry professionals.
He subsequently expanded into international development, serving as an accredited delegate with PanAfrican and PanAmerican nongovernmental organizations in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
Over approximately a decade, his international development work focused on microfinance, agricultural productivity, and economic opportunities for smallholder farmers in developing countries. This experience reinforced his understanding of how access to capital, technology, infrastructure, and efficient systems can improve economic outcomes.
Jason later entered the automotive industry, advancing from Director of Finance to General Manager and ownership partner of multiple automotive franchises, including Subaru, Kia, and Suzuki. He helped lead an automotive organization generating approximately $60 million in annual revenue and employing more than 120 professionals.
During this period, he developed extensive experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, sales operations, customer acquisition, personnel development, and the management of complex, high-volume businesses.
Recognizing the growing need for automated compliance solutions, Jason founded Dealerspan, an automotive compliance technology initiative addressing requirements associated with the USA PATRIOT Act and the federal Red Flags Rule.
In 2008, he launched United Needs, a microfinance technology platform designed to expand access to financial resources and support economic development. The platform was acquired by Invizeon in 2015.
Enterprise Technology & Salesforce
Jason's career subsequently expanded into enterprise cloud technology when he joined Salesforce as a Senior Strategic Account Executive.
Working with Fortune 500 organizations throughout the Southwestern United States, he led complex, multi-cloud enterprise initiatives focused on digital transformation, customer relationship management, operational integration, and business process modernization.
His work generated more than $9 million in annual recurring revenue and provided firsthand exposure to how large organizations use integrated technology, shared customer data, automation, and enterprise architecture to improve performance at scale.
This experience became a major influence in the development of Blair Allen's technology-first operating model.
Jason recognized that many of the sophisticated systems and operational advantages available to Fortune 500 enterprises remained inaccessible or economically impractical for independent real estate, mortgage, and financial services professionals.
He believed those same enterprise capabilities could be adapted into a shared platform that would allow smaller, independently managed companies to operate with the sophistication, efficiency, and infrastructure of much larger organizations.
From Blair Allen Corporation to Blair Allen Financial
In 2018, Jason founded Blair Allen Corporation to modernize mortgage sales, marketing, and customer engagement through digital technology and integrated business processes.
What began as an initiative focused on improving mortgage industry efficiency evolved into a broader vision for connecting complementary financial services businesses through a common technology and management infrastructure.
Blair Allen Corporation was acquired by Blair Allen Holdings in 2023, helping establish the foundation for the subsequent development of Blair Allen Financial, Inc.
Through BAF, Jason expanded that vision into a vertically integrated holding company capable of supporting multiple operating businesses, pursuing strategic acquisitions, and developing enterprise technology designed for national scale.
The Future of Blair Allen
Jason's vision extends beyond the growth of individual subsidiaries. His objective is to establish Blair Allen as a nationally recognized, technology-enabled financial services enterprise that delivers measurable value to customers, professionals, operating partners, and shareholders.
The company's long-term strategy centers on combining organic growth with disciplined acquisitions, integrating complementary businesses onto BlairCore, expanding its national professional network, and leveraging shared infrastructure to improve operating efficiency.
By bringing together experienced leadership, enterprise technology, and established operating companies, Jason intends to build an organization capable of scaling while maintaining a personal, relationship-driven approach to customer service.
His philosophy is straightforward: the most successful organizations do not simply ask people to work harder. They build better systems, empower exceptional people, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and create an environment where customers and professionals can achieve more.
That philosophy is the foundation of Blair Allen Financial and the driving force behind Jason's vision for its future.
Education & Executive Development
Jason attended the University of Montana and completed executive and professional studies in digital marketing and business strategy through Harvard Business School and London Business School.
