Why Monty Joined Blair Allen
In 2025, Monty recognized a significant opportunity in Blair Allen Financial’s vision to modernize one of the largest and most fragmented sectors of the U.S. economy: Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate (FIRE).
He recognized that Blair Allen’s vertically integrated business model, experienced leadership, and commitment to technology offered an opportunity to fundamentally improve how these businesses operate.
Convinced of the company’s vision and long-term potential, he joined Blair Allen as a shareholder, director, and President of Blair Allen Technologies, aligning Orchatect’s established technology capabilities with BAF’s enterprise strategy.
His objective was not to develop another standalone industry application, but to help create a unified, intelligent technology ecosystem connecting multiple financial services verticals through shared enterprise infrastructure.

The platform is designed to integrate websites, digital content, marketing automation, lead generation and management, customer relationship management (CRM), sales production, payroll, commissions, document management, transaction processing, compliance workflows, training, and enterprise reporting.
At its foundation is an intelligent orchestration layer supported by an API integration engine, enabling specialized applications and authorized data to work together through coordinated business processes.
For customers, BlairCore’s objective is to reduce the time, complexity, and cost of transactions. For team members, it is intended to automate routine administrative work and improve access to information. For operating companies, it is designed to reduce duplicated overhead and support national expansion.
