About Pravind Moorthy

Pravind Moorthy is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Orchatect, the company behind Maestro®, a multi-location management platform that delivers enterprise-grade orchestration and workflow solutions to mid-sized and franchise businesses. With a career rooted in engineering, systems architecture, and IT Service Management (ITSM), Pravind specializes in creating platforms that unify operations, financials, and data into one actionable dashboard, empowering companies to streamline workflows and act on real-time insights.

Before co-founding Orchatect, Pravind was part of the executive team at Ericsson, where he served as Senior Architectand led major ITSM and “X-as-a-Service” initiatives across global markets. At Ericsson, he helped design and deploy frameworks that supported thousands of users across complex enterprise ecosystems, building the technical foundation for scalable, resilient platforms.

At Orchatect, Pravind has driven product strategy and systems architecture, ensuring that Maestro® not only delivers Fortune 500-level capabilities but also remains accessible to mid-sized and franchise businesses. His leadership has helped Orchatect deliver proven ITSM solutions across industries including utilities, hospitality, food & beverage, and telecommunications.

In 2025, Pravind joined Blair Allen Technology (BAT) as Chief Architect, where he now applies his technical expertise to building out a next-generation ITSM framework for real estate and financial services.
