About Gabriela Malic

Originally from just outside San Francisco, California, Gabriela quickly fell in love with Arizona after relocating to attend Arizona State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Organizational Leadership.

Driven by a natural passion for connection and community, Gabriela has built her approach to real estate around more than just transactions—she helps clients find not only their dream home, but the lifestyle and community that come with it. That passion made real estate a natural path, and her alignment with Blair Allen was immediate. After meeting with the leadership team, she knew she had found the right environment to grow both personally and professionally. From advanced technology and operational support to high-level training and mentorship, the Blair Allen platform provides an unmatched foundation for success.

Gabriela is also a proud alumna of the Gamma Phi chapter of Delta Gamma at ASU, where she served as Chapter President. Today, she continues to give back as a volunteer alumna advisor, supporting chapters nationwide across roles in finance and member education. Through these experiences, she has developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of community building and mentorship.

Outside of real estate, Gabriela enjoys practicing Pilates, exploring Arizona’s vibrant dining scene, and spending time outdoors with friends.
