As Chief of Staff, Taylor is the central point of connection across Blair Allen Financial (BAF), Blair Allen Mortgage (BAM), Blair Allen Capital (BAC), Blair Allen University (BAU), Blair Allen Technologies (BAT), and Blair Allen United. She facilitates communication, drives priority initiatives, manages executive workflows, and ensures that departments remain synchronized and moving toward shared organizational goals.

Taylor oversees internal operations, coordinates high-level meetings and planning sessions, supports recruitment and onboarding efforts, and leads cross-departmental projects designed to strengthen efficiency and structure.
