Definitive Agreement · Blair Allen Technology & RAD CRM (Michael Radcliffe)

Closing the loop.

A definitive agreement with RAD CRM founder Michael Radcliffe to design and build the BlairCore CRM — a core solution within BlairCore, the proprietary ITSM framework and API engine behind the Blair Allen family of companies.

One holding company. One platform. One customer record.

Real estate, mortgage, insurance, and property management — separately licensed, commonly owned, and growing nationally, all working together for one client: you.

BlairCore is the ITSM framework and API engine; BAT builds the solutions that run on it. Michael Radcliffe leads the BlairCore CRM; Monty Miller oversees all BlairCore technology development.

Blair Allen Financial, Inc. (“BAF”) today announced a definitive agreement under which technologist and RAD CRM founder Michael Radcliffe will design and build the BlairCore CRM — one of the core solutions inside BlairCore, Blair Allen Technology's proprietary ITSM framework. Radcliffe brings full-stack engineering expertise and years of proven experience in financial-services technology, working alongside BAT's engineering and marketing teams and the Blair Allen leadership team.

Structured as an equity partnership rather than a vendor arrangement, the agreement aligns the builder with the long-term success of the platform — advancing a vision set by founder and Chief Executive Officer Jason Blair: a single, AI-powered platform that carries a customer across real estate, mortgage, property management, insurance, and — on the roadmap — title and escrow, without ever losing the thread.

The engagement sets a deliberate loop in motion. BAF is the parent holding company; it owns 100% of Blair Allen Technology (“BAT”); and BAT owns BlairCore. Radcliffe will build the BlairCore CRM as net-new work product owned by BAT — not a license, and not an off-the-shelf tool. Informed by the full-stack expertise and hard-won lessons behind RAD CRM, he will engineer it natively to run inside the BlairCore framework alongside BAT's other proprietary solutions. By bringing him inside the structure through equity, BAF aligns the person building it with the long-term value of everything BAF owns.

01

What BlairCore is

BlairCore is not a product. It is a foundation, and it has three layers.

At its base is a proprietary IT Service Management (ITSM) framework — the discipline that governs how work, data, and hand-offs move through a complex organization. On top of it sit BAT's bespoke, proprietary technologies: the BlairCore CRM, the blairallen.com multi-company customer website, lead management, a marketing engine, and document- and transaction-management integrations.

Binding them together is an API engine built to orchestrate the genuine complexity of real estate and financial services — the licensing, the systems of record, the compliance requirements, and the hand-offs between separately operated companies that make this industry hard to unify.

The framework is also generative and agentic by design. As data stops living in silos, the platform is intended to move from simply recording what happened to anticipating what comes next — surfacing the next step, preparing the document, flagging the exception — with the goal of lifting routine burden off customers and team members rather than adding another screen to manage.

That combination is deliberate, and it is the result of two definitive agreements rather than one. In early 2025, Blair Allen secured the framework itself; today's agreement secures the CRM that runs on it. Together they complete a foundation the company has been assembling for two years — one built to solve the problem that defines this industry: data trapped in silos, in separate systems, at separate companies, with the customer paying for the gaps in time and effort.

Critically, the framework is not experimental. BlairCore's ITSM foundation was born from Maestro®, Orchatect's proprietary ITSM orchestration platform — technology already producing revenue in hospitality, medical, real estate, franchise, and telecom. In early 2025, Orchatect entered a definitive stock agreement with Blair Allen granting a perpetual license to Maestro® inside BlairCore, bringing a battle-tested framework into real estate and financial services rather than starting from zero. Several of Blair Allen's core applications are already live on that foundation.

Each capability is a solution inside BlairCore rather than a standalone app bolted on beside it. That is the distinction that makes the platform work: one framework, many purpose-built solutions, one orchestration layer connecting them. BAT has already released products on this foundation, including the blairallen.com multi-company website and related tools, with additional capabilities the company is not disclosing at this time.

ITSM is the discipline that global technology and telecommunications companies have used for decades to run complex operations reliably at scale — standardizing how requests, incidents, changes, and workflows move through an organization. Applying that framework to mortgage and real estate — industries historically defined by fragmentation, manual re-keying, and legacy systems that don't talk to one another — is what the company believes differentiates its approach. It is the difference between automating a form and orchestrating a business.

“We didn't buy a tool — we're closing a loop. Michael is building the BlairCore CRM for us from the ground up, and structuring it as an equity partnership means we're all building the same future. It's all interrelated, so why not solve the data problem once, at the foundation, and make the entire customer journey more efficient?”

Jason Blair — Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Blair Allen Financial

Why ITSM changes the math

The case for an ITSM foundation isn't theoretical — it's one of the most measured disciplines in enterprise technology. Independent industry research consistently shows that structured service management and automation compress cost and cycle time while improving the customer experience.

Industry Research · What ITSM Delivers

75%
reduction in ticket-resolution times reported by organizations using AI-powered ITSM tools.

42%
of organizations realize measurable cost savings in their business processes through effective ITSM.

~$28.7B
projected global ITSM market by 2032, growing at a 12.4% CAGR — the framework enterprises are standardizing on.

Those numbers echo across the research. One optimization case documented a 40% drop in average incident-resolution time and a 20% reduction in operational costs after adopting structured ITSM practices (Kimro Consulting, 2026), while enterprise deployments of leading ITSM platforms have cut ticket-resolution time by 50–60% (industry implementation data, 2026). Adoption sentiment is just as strong: 86% of IT professionals say AI-powered technology is essential to making their organization more efficient (Giva, 2025), and Gartner has projected that 70% of organizations would implement structured infrastructure automation by 2025, up from 20% in 2021.

Translate that from the data center to the closing table, and the promise is concrete: fewer dropped hand-offs between a buyer's agent and their lender, less duplicate data entry between origination and servicing, faster response when a client has a question, and a single source of truth that follows the customer instead of making the customer repeat themselves. Time saved, cost removed, and a materially better experience — the same outcomes ITSM has delivered in telecom and utilities, now aimed at the most relationship-driven purchase most people ever make.

03

The opportunity: a vast, fragmented market — and the capital chasing it

The timing is not incidental. Real estate and financial services are among the largest sectors of the economy, and the technology layer beneath them is expanding quickly — yet it remains deeply fragmented. That gap is precisely what BlairCore is built to close.

The Market · Why Now

~$178B
projected global proptech market by 2035, up from roughly $46B in 2025 — a ~14.6% CAGR. Software such as CRM and property-management platforms already makes up about three-quarters of it.

9,000+
proptech companies operating worldwide by 2025 — a crowded field of point solutions in which integration, not another standalone app, is the real differentiator.

Read together, the data tells a clear story: enormous, fast-growing markets; capital returning in force; and thousands of tools that still don't talk to one another. Most of that investment has funded more point solutions — another CRM, another portal, another app — deepening the very fragmentation that costs the industry time and money. BlairCore's thesis runs the other way: not one more tool, but the orchestration layer that unifies them. In a field of 9,000-plus competitors largely focused on adding features, Blair Allen's strategy is to invest instead in the connective tissue intended to make the customer journey move as one. Whether that approach produces a durable advantage will depend on execution and market conditions.

04

The builder: Michael Radcliffe and the BlairCore CRM

Development of the BlairCore CRM will be led by Michael Radcliffe, founder of RAD CRM — a platform already serving thousands of customers across the mortgage industry. Radcliffe's path is exactly the one this project needs: a top-producing mortgage loan originator who became a technology builder, pairing first-hand knowledge of how loans actually get done with the engineering discipline to systematize it. He understands the workflows because he has lived them, and he has spent years turning that understanding into software that real lenders rely on every day.

Under the agreement, Radcliffe leads development of the BlairCore CRM — one solution within the BlairCore framework, built as net-new work product owned by BAT. Drawing on the full-stack engineering and financial-services expertise behind RAD CRM, he will build a CRM that goes well beyond mortgage, engineering native real estate and property-management capabilities and connecting them through BlairCore's API engine to the platform's other solutions, including the blairallen.com website, lead management, and the marketing engine.

He will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the other BlairCore teams — BAT's engineering and marketing groups — and with the Blair Allen leadership team, pairing his technical depth with their operating knowledge of each business. The division of responsibility is clear: Monty Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Blair Allen Technology, oversees BlairCore — the framework, the API engine, and every solution running on it — while Radcliffe oversees the BlairCore CRM specifically. That structure keeps the CRM advancing in step with the framework and the other solutions around it.

Importantly, RAD CRM will continue to independently serve its existing mortgage customers with the same quality of technology and service it is known for — the agreement brings Radcliffe's expertise inside Blair Allen without disrupting the business and clients he has built.

“BAF and their family are truly changing the game. Building the BlairCore CRM inside an ITSM framework is what makes this different from a standalone application, a website, or another CRM — the framework lets our solutions stack, connect, and orchestrate instead of being duct-taped together. I've spent my career in the mortgage space; this is a chance to change how customers move through real estate, mortgage, property management, and eventually insurance, title, and escrow.”

Michael Radcliffe — Founder, RAD CRM, LLC

The technologist: Monty Miller, who leads all BlairCore development

Radcliffe's build sits on a foundation shaped by Monty Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Blair Allen Technology, a Director of Blair Allen Financial, and the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Orchatect. With a career spanning technology, telecommunications, and ITSM, Miller has consistently focused on building scalable solutions that empower organizations to streamline operations and achieve long-term growth.

Before founding Orchatect, Miller built his career at Nortel Networks & Ericsson, two of the world's leading telecommunications companies, holding progressive roles as Solution Architect, Proposal Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Customer Solutions Manager, where he led large-scale digital transformation projects and oversaw customer-facing ITSM deployments. As part of Ericsson's Operational Excellence team, he managed and directed a workforce of over 500 professionals worldwide, designing and implementing ITSM and “X-as-a-Service” solutions that improved efficiency and customer experience across global markets.

Drawing on that experience, Miller co-founded Orchatect, where he and his team developed Maestro®, a proprietary ITSM orchestration platform now in use across industries including hospitality, medical, real estate, franchise, and telecom — with a mission to deliver enterprise-grade workflow and orchestration tools, traditionally reserved for Fortune 1000 firms, to businesses of all sizes. In 2025, Miller joined BAT as shareholder and CTO, bringing Orchatect's proven ITSM framework and seasoned technical team. Orchatect entered a definitive stock agreement with Blair Allen granting a perpetual license to Maestro® within BlairCore — a natural fit, as Miller had been seeking to bring ITSM discipline into real estate and financial services, and Blair Allen offered the vertically integrated platform to prove it at scale.

“My time at Nortel Networks, Ericsson, and Orchatect showed me the power of ITSM to transform industries. With Blair Allen Technology, we're now applying those same principles to real estate and financial services, with the objective of creating a unified, AI-powered ecosystem that meaningfully improves how customers, team members, and investors interact. Everything in my career has led to this opportunity.”

Monty Miller — Chief Executive Officer, Blair Allen Technology; Director, Blair Allen Financial

Today, Miller oversees all technology development across every BlairCore solution — the ITSM framework itself, the API engine, and each proprietary application built on top of it, including the BlairCore CRM, the blairallen.com multi-company website, lead management, and the marketing engine. That single line of technical authority is what keeps the solutions coherent as the platform grows, integrating mortgage, real estate, insurance, and property management — with title and escrow on the roadmap — with the goal of improving operational efficiency and customer experience across the platform.

“We're not digitizing a single transaction — our goal is to build something closer to an operating system for the industry. What Fortune 1000 enterprises did with ITSM, we're bringing to every agent, lender, and client. Our aim is to build a foundation this industry can rely on for the next decade, and we're only getting started.”

Monty Miller — Chief Executive Officer, Blair Allen Technology
06

What this means for real estate and financial services

For the customer, the payoff is a journey that can finally behave like one relationship instead of five transactions. A buyer who finds a home, finances it, insures it, and later has it managed shouldn't have to re-introduce themselves at every step — and when they choose to keep working with a Blair Allen company and agree to share their details, they won't have to. Context travels with the customer by their consent, so each step they opt into is a continuation rather than a restart.

Customers always have a choice, and they are free to work with any vendor at any step. But choosing to work with more than one Blair Allen company means their information and context can follow them, with their consent, so each step is better informed than it would be starting over. That is where the platform stops being a technical achievement and becomes a service commitment.

It is a commitment rooted in a principle the company's luxury real estate arm has always lived by: luxury is a service, not a price point. That standard doesn't belong only to a high-end listing — it belongs to every customer. Whether someone is working with Blair Allen's real estate, mortgage, or property management company, they are treated to the same level of care, supported by technology designed to reduce the time and effort a transaction demands. BlairCore is how that promise scales: white-glove service, engineered.

For the industry, it is a template for solving the data problem at the root. Fragmentation isn't a branding problem to paper over; it's an architecture problem to engineer away. By orchestrating bespoke applications on a shared ITSM backbone, BlairCore aims to remove the seams where time, money, and trust are lost today.

“Most service-based companies care about one thing — the closing of the deal. At Blair Allen, we care about helping our customers and team members build long-term wealth.”

Jason Blair — Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Blair Allen Financial

That is the difference between a transaction and a relationship. When a customer chooses to continue with another Blair Allen company — and consents to it — their information and context can move with them, so they don't start over and their next step is faster and smoother. The choice is always theirs; the value comes from opting in, not from being handed off.

The ModelOne platform. Many companies. Many teams. Many sources of data.
One customer — and teams who finally have everything they need.

BlairCore is being built first to serve Blair Allen's own family of companies. But the ambition doesn't stop there.

“BlairCore is being built first to serve our family of companies — but we have plans to extend our framework solutions into the open market in the near future. The data problem is everyone's problem; the customer journey should be efficient no matter whose logo is on the door.”

Jason Blair — Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Blair Allen Financial
07

Independent companies, compliant by design

Blair Allen is deliberately built as a family of separately licensed, independently operated companies under common ownership. Blair Allen Financial owns them all, yet each runs its own business — and BlairCore is designed to respect those boundaries, not erase them. The integration happens at the platform layer; independence is preserved at the point of service.

Customers are never required to use an affiliated Blair Allen company and remain free to choose any provider at every step. Any affiliated relationship is disclosed in writing through an Affiliated Business Arrangement (AfBA) disclosure. When a customer chooses to continue with another Blair Allen company and consents, their information can move with them to make the next step faster — the benefit always follows the customer's choice, never a requirement.

The platform is built around a single, permissioned customer record: information is shared only where the customer has agreed and only with the companies authorized to receive it, with the rest kept appropriately separate. It is one record with governed access — not a shared free-for-all — so integration never comes at the expense of privacy or independence.

On that foundation, BlairCore is engineered around compliance-by-design: standardized workflows, complete audit trails, and consistent process are the controls that help teams uphold best practices and support the requirements of regulations such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). By reducing manual re-keying and enforcing consistent process, an ITSM foundation is designed to make doing the right thing the default path, not the exception.

Blair Allen's technology roadmap treats regulatory alignment as a first-class requirement, engineered into the platform rather than added after the fact — with the goal of supporting the standards set by RESPA, TILA, and other applicable federal and state requirements.
